TRANSINDONESIA.CO – A total of 304 foreign citizens now inhabiting the immigration detention center (Rudenim) in Belawan Medan, because they violated the Immigration Act.
Head of Field Rudenim Purbanus Purba, Wednesday (09/24/2014), said the foreigners were detained for entering Indonesia without having documents such as a passport from their country.
Therefore, according to him, the Immigration officer in Medan and Belawan securing foreign citizens is problematic.
Purbanus added, foreigners are expected to enter the region Indonedia, and especially to the city of Medan continue to multiply.
“It is proved, every week there are foreigners who secured Immigration officer in Medan,” he said.(ant/don)
