TRASINDONESIA.CO, Jakarta – Kemendikbud decided to temporarily close the TKI Jakarta International School ( JIS ), Friday ( 18/04/2014 ). This is following the sodomy case that struck a kindergarten student.

“We decided to close the JIS kindergarten to provide an opportunity for the school to meet the licensing requirements. Additionally it also make corrections to conform to the applicable regulations,” said Director General of Early Childhood Education Non-Formal and Informal (PAUDNI) Kemdikbud Lydia Freyani Hawadi Friday ( 04/18/2014 ).

The government, said Lydia , will not tolerate the unlicensed school. Therefore, JIS must complete the administrative licensing kindergarten.

This step is one of the remedies immoral acts that occurred. Because the victims are children innocent.
