4 Again the defendant JIS Threatened 15 Years in Prison

TRANSINDONESIA.CO – After a defendant cases of sexual violence against students kindergarten Jakarta International School (JIS) faces up to 15 years in prison now turn to the four defendants again got the same threat as subject to the Act (the Act) Child Protection.

The fourth defendant, Afriska, Zainal, Virgiawan, Syahrial, began the first trial in the District Court (PN) in South Jakarta, Wednesday (27/08/2014).

“The defendant be punished as provided in Article 82 of Law No. 23 of 2002 on Child Protection junto Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code to-1 in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code,” said one of the defendant’s attorney Virgiawan, Saut Rajagukguk in Jakarta.

It is said, for defendant Virgiawan exception will be read on Wednesday (09/03/2014) future while the defendant Afriska aka Icha on Monday (09/01/2014).
